Tim is a Physician Assistant (PA ) with over 14 years of healthcare experience. Prior to becoming a PA, Tim worked as a Respiratory Therapist managing critically ill patients in a Level 1 Trauma Center in the NICU, PICU, Burn ICU, Emergency Department and Transport Team. He also served as a Pediatric Asthma Educator. Upon completion of PA school in 2014 from the University of North Dakota, Tim has served thousands of patients in Southwest Missouri, working in both Rural Family Medicine and Urgent Care serving adults and children. Tim sees the overwhelming need of access to quality and affordable healthcare. He focuses on spending meaningful time with his patients, with a large emphasis on education. Understanding the importance of environmental, social, mental and spiritual health, Tim incorporates all of these aspects into his treatment plans. Tim has completed courses through IMMH (Integrative Medicine for Mental Health), undergone training in Mindfulness, and most importantly practices what he preaches. Tim loves to garden, hike, and teach his 3 children how to love the outdoors and is an avid podcast listener. He is dedicated to finding the root cause of his patients concerns, often uncovering previously missed diagnosis, and works with his patients to determine a personalized treatment approach.
Elyssa is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with years of experience in both urgent care and pediatric outpatient offices. She graduated from Mizzou with her Master's of Science in Nursing. Elyssa is passionate about pediatric health and giving parents the knowledge and support to optimize their children's health. She is a great blend between natural treatment options and pharmaceutical options when appropriate. Elyssa is respectful of parental choice when it comes to children's healthcare decisions. She has two children of her own, enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Keitha is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 27 years of healthcare experience. She completed her Bachelor of Science Nursing in 1994 and Certificate Registered Nurse Practitioner in 1995. She worked for years as a registered nurse in home health and various hospital settings. In 2014, Keitha completed the Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner program and graduated with honors from Arkansas State University. Since furthering her education she has worked in Rural Family Medicine and Immediate Care. Keitha is passionate about health promotion and disease prevention. She enjoys educating patients providing them the tool to meet their healthcare goals. She shares in 417 Housecalls desire to provide quality, affordable, accessible healthcare putting the patient in charge of their health.
Micah Hubbard is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She has undergone training through the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), the "gold standard" in functional medicine, and the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (MAPS). Micah is the leading expert in pediatric functional medicine in Southwest Missouri. She is the first provider in Southwest Missouri who has undergone MAPS training to help children with chronic health conditions utilizing the approach of functional medicine. Micah practices what she preaches by leading her family in a healthy, natural lifestyle. With years of experience, she has helped both her husband and daughter overcome health and behavioral concerns with the use of functional medicine; as well as thousands of patients. Donna is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She has over 35 years experience in Women's Health. She has worked in various rural clinics in the Springfield area. Over the past several years she has been expanding her knowledge on integrative and functional women's health. Donna has a passion for empowering women to take charge of their health. She is experienced with hormone replacement therapy, menopause, menstrual concerns, and has a large passion for PCOS. She has a large heart and a gentle way of communicating, we know our patients are well cared for and heard in Donna's care.
